Dalzell's Of Markethill was eststablished in 1956 by Noel Dalzell, offering electrical appliances, hardware and household
furniture.
Over the years Noel acquired quite a name for himself, giving the customers excellent value and good service.
Nowadays Noel's son Trevor and his wife Sharon, own the business and almost fifty years on, Dalzell's pride themselves on
continuing to offer quality brands, unbeatable prices with free delivery and good after sales service.
Dalzell's shop has now been departmentalised and next door to the main shop a TV and audio department offers a wide
selection of products including brand names such as Philips, Panasonic and Toshiba. A wide variety of vacuum cleaners are
also on display offering quality brands like Nilfisk, Dyson & Meile.
Dalzell's domestic appliance department displays the largest selection of range cookers in the whole of Ireland! No less than
50 models on the shop floor! All sizes, all colours and any fuel (electric, gas or dual fuel) For all your other appliances
Dalzell's offer top brand names at unbeatable prices! Hotpoint, Indesit, Creda, Belling, Zanussi, Electrolux, Bosch, Siemens,
Neiff, Rangemaster, Miele, Brittannia, LG and Whirlpool!!! In addition Dalzell's are also a member of Euronics Europe's

Dalzell's of Markethill are members of the Sleep Council and their knowledgeable staff are always happy to give you advice
on choosing your new bed. Over 50 beds are in the showroom including top quality names like Myers, King Koil, Respa,
Dorlux and Sweet Dreams. 'Merlin' waterbeds are also now in stock. As we all spend around 3000 hours in bed each year
it makes sense to choose carefully!
The furniture department also offers a wide variety of furniture and occasional furniture, including 'Rossmore'.
Just newly renovated the fancy goods department offers an extensive array of giftware and curios.
Dalzell's also stock a variety of carpets and vinyls on the roll and offer a quality fitting service.
A wedding list service is also available and the friendly staff will be happy to help the Bride and Groom choose all they need
for their new home.
